Natalie was very helpful and had my complete trust for anything to do with my recovery
My physio treatment has been a game-changer. The tailored exercises, hands-on therapy, and expert guidance have helped me rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in my knee. The progress has been steady, and I’m feeling stronger every week. I couldn’t have done it without the support and knowledge of Nat and Zuzia — highly recommend to anyone recovering from an injury!
Nat was a very positive physio to work with; tracking my development and making suitable suggestions for progress. She explored different approaches. Should I have have a physio need again - I would definitely be in touch.
I began treatment under Natalie and Zuzia around July 2023 for a lower back injury that required guided injections in theatre. At one point the lack of mobility and discomfort was so back I literally could not put my own shoes on. Fast forward several months of treatment and rehab by Natalie and Zuzia and on 26th October I took my place in my first Hyrox event in Madrid where I finished in a respectable time ( with some relatively last minute treatment from the team for a damaged hamstring!) I cannot recommend Natalie and Zuzia enough. Top class.
Natalie was able to fit me in a short notice to treat my neck. She and her team were extremely professional and diligent and after an examination were able to treat me straight away. After my treatment I was shown some exercises in their gym area to help my neck. These were then sent through to me by email as well. All in all, this was an extremely pleasant, efficient and professional service.
Very clear and laid out all the options to me for my road to recovery. Was very empathetic, funny, and knowledgeable on pretty much any question I asked.
Natalie was instrumental in supporting me to continue to train and play through injury. She was able to assess and provide treatment and give advice and exercises to promote recovery and strength. During tournaments, she provide on-the-spot treatment for acute injuries, along with strapping. Knowing that I would continue to play despite injury, together we discussed risk and benefit and created a plan where I could continue to play while managing the reality of the situation.
Fantastic experience in helping me sort out my bad hamstrings. Advice on stretching and massage was a game changer for me. Many thanks
Absolutely great service, very helpful in terms of treatments affecting the performance, well explained and with advices for future improvement.
