I’ve been working with Phil on a persistent shoulder injury for the past 2 months. He guided me through various targeted exercises that, over time, has helped ease the pain and strengthen the shoulder. Very clear in explaining how the problem maps out and what it will take to resolve.
Outstanding experience. Advice and treatment that was practical, useful and adapted to what I needed - really aimed at fixing my injury and what caused it for the long term not just treating the symptoms presented for the short term.
Phil is an excellent physiotherapist. He quickly identified the cause of my knee pain and guided me through a clear, effective treatment plan. His approach was professional, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping me improve. I’m already feeling the benefits and highly recommend him.
Great first assessment, clear and useful guidance on what we'll do next
friendly manner and methodical approach to identify potential underlying causes of issue
I have had the pleasure of working with Phil Harris on multiple occasions, and each time I have been impressed with his exceptional level of care and expertise. Phil's dedication to his patients is evident through his ability to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes. He takes a holistic approach to his work, examining not only the immediate issue at hand but also the underlying causes of the problem. This enables him to create a comprehensive rehabilitation program that addresses the current injury and works towards preventing future ones. What sets Phil apart from other practitioners is his hands-on approach and his commitment to providing personalised care. I have found his methods to be very effective, and I appreciate his focus on educating me on how to maintain my physical health, and work towards my fitness goals despite the injury at hand. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone in need of a skilled physiotherapist.
