Mr Ansar Farooq

Mr Ansar Farooq is an accomplished Consultant General Surgeon with a specialist focus on breast surgery and oncoplastic procedures. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred surgical care, supporting individuals through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. His clinical practice encompasses the management of both benign breast conditions and complex breast malignancies, combining sound surgical principles with advanced aesthetic techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.

He completed his medical education in 2001, graduating with an honours degree in medicine and surgery alongside a Bachelor of Science honours degree. Mr Farooq subsequently undertook comprehensive surgical training in General Surgery, followed by a prestigious fellowship specialising in breast oncoplastic and reconstructive surgery. He holds Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has actively contributed to clinical governance and medical education, serving as an Honorary Senior Lecturer to help train future generations of medical professionals.
