Mr Allan Eno is a Psychotherapist accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and a registered graduate member of the British Psychological Society.

Mr Eno maintains over 23 years clinical experience and possesses a wealth of experience providing psychological therapy for a range of problems. He is known for his patient-centred approach and to this extent; he works with both individuals and couples, remaining flexible in his methods. Owing to his background, he has extensive experience and expertise in various addiction problems.

As an integrative practitioner, his main approach includes the applications of CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Humanistic/Person Centred Therapy, which are frequently combined with hypnotic interventions/guided imagery and visualisation to bring about swift effective change.
