Mr Mostafa Abdalla is a Consultant Gynaecologist specialising in advanced minimal access surgery (MAS) and endometriosis, based at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, with honorary clinical and research appointments at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. as well as senior council memeber of the british society gynaecological endoscopy (BSGE). He is one of the UK's leading specialists in complex pelvic surgery, deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE), and laparoscopic gynaecology serving patients in South West London, , central London, Kingston upon Thames, and Surrey.

Mr Abdalla manages a wide spectrum of complex and challenging gynaecological conditions, including deep infiltrating endometriosis, frozen pelvis, complex ovarian pathology, and difficult hysterectomy cases. His surgical expertise spans advanced laparoscopic and open pelvic surgery, with additional sub-specialty training in gynaecological oncology, enabling him to operate safely across both benign and oncological settings — offering patients access to the most advanced surgical options available.

Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Abdalla is an active researcher with peer-reviewed publications in BJOG, the International Journal of Gynaecological Cancer, and the Journal of Clinical Medicine, covering gynaecological cancer, uterine sarcoma, fertility-sparing surgery, endometriosis surgery, and surgical innovation.
