Mr Mike Negus

Mr Mike Negus is a dedicated Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides comprehensive, patient-focused care across all areas of women's health. He is committed to delivering individualised treatment plans, supporting patients through conservative options, medical therapies, and surgical interventions. His practice prioritises clear communication and compassionate care to empower women throughout every stage of their treatment journey.

With a strong clinical focus on Urogynaecology and Benign Gynaecology, Mr Negus manages a broad spectrum of conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, heavy menstrual bleeding, and chronic pelvic pain. His expertise encompasses both open and minimally invasive surgical techniques, including laparoscopic hysterectomy, pelvic floor repair, laparoscopic colposuspension, and the surgical treatment of ovarian cysts and endometriosis. He also regularly performs outpatient procedures such as diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy and cystoscopy, in addition to offering high-risk obstetric care.

Mr Negus earned his medical degree from Southampton Medical School, graduating in 2010. He subsequently completed specialist postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, alongside a dedicated clinical research fellowship examining recurrent urinary tract infections and stress urinary incontinence. He is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG). Furthermore, Mr Negus maintains active professional memberships with the British Society of Urogynaecologists (BSUG) and the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE).
