Rehabilitation

I was encouraged to be confident about the healed fracture and to work toward normal movement. I was happy to work toward this goal. I am getting there with perseverance and encouragement.

Pacemaker Surgery

What a joy it was to go into the Peninsular Heart Clinic Plymouth for my pacemaker fitting. Everyone put me at ease, very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The procedure was explained to me clearly and efficiently carried out. I will have no hesitation in recommending the clinic.

Laparoscopic Gallbladder Removal (Cholecystectomy)

As mentioned previously I am extremely impressed with the whole process

Hip Replacement (Hip Arthroplasty)

Reformer Pilates

Sports Injuries

Shockwave Therapy

Shoulder Pain

Back Pain

Alex was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Really made me feel extremely comfortable and got my through my recovery so well.

Just think the clinic has everything, nice place to sit and wait for your class, have a coffee, friendly helpful reception staff, fab studio for Reform Pilates- which all the classes I’ve attended I love and find all the practitioners take their care and make the class fun.
