Peninsula Heart Clinic is home to a team of expert consultant cardiologists from University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. All consultants have several years of experience, each with specialist expertise in various areas of cardiology. The multidisciplinary team of consultants are supported by their excellent clinical support team. My experience was first class from start to finish. Booking my appointment was easy and very quick. good communication throughout. The reception and administration staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful making me feel very much at ease. The free parking was a plus at |Derriford and the facilities were spotlessly clean. Consultant provided clear advice in easily understandable language and clearly summarised my medical plan at the end to avoid any confusion and provide opportunity for follow up questions. Excellent experience all round.

I had to wait about 30 minutes to see the consultant . However the treatment l received and the medical diagnosis provided was very reassuring and professionally provided. An excellent explanation of my problem was provided and the course of treatment l was to receive was in complete contrast to my experience with Cardiology in Derriford.

The only criticism was the lack of adjacent car parking.

It was very helpful to be able to park right outside the Clinic as car parking around Derriford is a real problem. The Receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. We went in on time for our appointment,no waiting about. Our Cardiologist was clear about the diagnosis,explained everything fully. The clinic was very clean and the Air Con most welcome!
