Mr Matthew Ramsdale

Mr. Matthew Ramsdale is an HCPC accredited Physiotherapist who specializes in assessment, rehabilitation, and treatment for elite athletes.

Matthew gained his Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at the University of East London, after which he worked for Tottenham football club where he gained experience delivering pitchside support for team members during matches. During this time, he also gained experience in techniques such as joint mobilization and manipulation and gained insight into the use of exercise alongside manual treatments. This insight enabled Matthew to gain his EXOS-certification, which gives him knowledge on how to provide a 360 recovery approach to his clients, including mind, body, and nutrition programs.
