I am the founder of Rise NW10 Physiotherapy in Kensal Rise, London.
It was my journey as a professional judo competitor that inspired me to become a physiotherapist. Competing regularly in international judo championships, I experienced many injuries, and a very severe ankle sprain almost prevented me from continuing my career. After going through an intense course of physiotherapy rehabilitation that brought me back to sport, I became fascinated by the healing process and how the body can recover with the right treatment and guidance.
My first experience in the working world was as a gym instructor and a children’s judo coach. I graduated from university in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. I began my career in a hospital setting, treating respiratory and oncology-related conditions, before moving to the orthopaedic department for three years. During this time, I also worked within the military as a civilian physiotherapist, providing treatment for a wide variety of injuries, including sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
One of my favourite areas of practice is treating runners. I have a holistic and comprehensive understanding of high-level activity and the injuries associated with it. Running injuries are rarely just about one painful structure — they are often the result of training load, biomechanics, strength imbalances, recovery, and lifestyle factors. I enjoy analysing all of these components to create an effective and individualised rehabilitation plan.
My philosophy is always to keep patients active whenever possible. I strongly believe that complete rest is rarely the answer. Instead of stopping all activity because of injury, I work creatively to modify training, maintain fitness, and support recovery while respecting tissue healing timelines. Being a good physiotherapist demands knowledge, experience, clinical reasoning, and creativity — and I bring all of these elements into every treatment plan.
Life brought me to London ten years ago. Since then, I have been working in the private sector, treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems and sports injuries. Having lived in Kensal Rise since arriving in London, it felt natural to set up my dream clinic here and bring my passion for physiotherapy to the local community.
I have extensive knowledge of physiology, health, and fitness, combined with a proactive and determined approach to helping my patients achieve maximum rehabilitation results.

Good listening, good demonstration and explanation, she gave me a lot of confidence. Friendly, engaging manner.

Thank you for the kind words! Happy you are feeling better and was happy with the care you had. All the best
Very positive experience working with Einav and would highly recommend

Amazing, thank you! Glad I could help.
I have been treated by a number of physiotherapists over the years and I must say that Einav is in a class on her own. She is very experienced and has a wonderful manner with patients. She gets straight to the point (pun not intended) and within minutes knows exactly what the problem is and how to treat it. My sessions with Einav have been truly therapeutic and the pain I was suffering was greatly reduced. Einav is a very dedicated professional and I would have no doubt in recommending her.

Wow thank you so much for those kind words! I am so happy I could help .

Ongoing treatment at my home for rheumatism and balance problems. My balance is now almost normal, and I always feel better after every session . She also has a network of other professionals that she can recommend. I have recommended her to others who are always very pleased with her treatment and advice

HI, Thank you so much for the kind words. I am happy you are feeling better and able to do more in a safe way.,
I was discharged from hospital following a spinal decompression which unfortunately was not 100% successful and was told my mobility will always be affected. I could be mobile only with the aid of a wheelchair. But thanks to Mrs Cohen’s expertise and guidance I graduated from that to a specialised walking frame which she recommended and finally to a walking stick.

Thank you so much for the kind words!

A common question we hear at Rise NW10 Physiotherapy is:“Don’t I need a scan to tell you what’s wrong?”It’s understandable to think this, but the amazing thing is, for most muscle and joint problems, your body already gives us all the clues we need during a thorough physical assessment. We are trained to interpret your symptoms, assess your movement, and perform specific tests to pinpoint what’s going on.However, there are times when a scan really is essential. Please note: We don’t perform scans
