My son accompanied me to my first appointment with Mr Lee, and we both warmed immediately to his ability to say it as it is without too much medical terminology. Mr Lee had available to him from the referring consultant all the images needed to explain in detail exactly where the problems are in my spine, and what surgery is necessary. I have absolutely no hesitation in undergoing the major surgery he recommended. Mr Lee assured us that he personally will be undertaking the surgery over the course of two weeks.

I was referred to Mr Lee to ask his opinion on the symptoms I was having regarding my scoliosis. He was very welcoming to me and my husband when we came into the consulting room. Although it was a complex case I had he explained everything in a way I could understand. He patiently answered any questions we had. We agreed that pain management would be advisable. His written report was very detailed and readable.

As a GP I want a specialist I can pick the phone up to to see or discuss a patient, and to give me advice as well to refer a patient to. Robert meets all of these and is very approachable. Patients give me excellent feedback and he is one of my go to spinal surgeons. He does not jump in, and puts patients at ease, taking his time to carefully explain treatment options. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
