About Daniel Burgos

Dan is known for his accurate diagnoses and structured rehabilitation approach, guiding patients from their initial assessment through to full recovery and long-term resilience. Dan treats a wide range of conditions, including running injuries, gym-related pain, ligament injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. He is particularly valued for his ability to simplify complex injuries and provide clear, actionable treatment plans.

Dan regularly helps patients seeking physiotherapy for low back pain, treatment for hip pain and movement dysfunction, knee injury rehabilitation and post-surgical recovery, ankle sprain management, and running-related injury rehabilitation. He also incorporates dry needling where appropriate to help address muscular pain and movement restrictions.

His approach combines hands-on treatment (including dry needling) with progressive, individualised exercise programmes designed to address the root cause of pain, improve movement quality, and reduce the risk of recurrence.

Drawing on experience in elite sporting environments, Dan applies a practical, performance-focused approach to every patient. Whether managing everyday pain or returning to high-level activity, he works closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver clear, tailored treatment plans that fit around the demands of work, training, and daily life.

Dan’s goal is not only to help you get out of pain, but also to help you move better, perform with confidence, and stay injury-free for the long term.

I have been working with Dan burgos after a being referred to him by a friend for knee pain. I have found working to be great and very productive in helping to reduce my knee pain massively. He has been willing to change is approach based on my feedback and this has been perfect to help rehab my knee. Not only this but along the way he has supported and help facilitate taking part in a long cycle ride and a triathlon while ensuring I am able to keep improving conditioning around the knee.

I've been working with Dan for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. His friendly and welcoming manner immediately put me at ease, making me feel comfortable to be open and honest. Dan never wastes a question, and expertly works with you: His particular strength is understanding the day-to-day activities of your job and building that into your care plan

I've had a great experience with Dan Burgos. He is excellent at soft tissue release and acupuncture, both of which have provided significant relief from muscle tightness and discomfort. He has a real talent for identifying exactly where knots and areas of tension are, and his treatments are always targeted and effective. What sets Dan apart is that he doesn't just focus on immediate relief. He also provides tailored exercises and strengthening programmes to help address the underlying issues and build a stronger, more resilient body over the long term. He's easy to talk to, listens carefully, and genuinely takes the time to understand your concerns. He's kind, professional, and always willing to help. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective physiotherapist.

I've been seeing Daniel for my lower back and knee pain, and he's really helped me. I've been struggling with lower back pain for the past few years and just accepted that it would always be bothering me, but Daniel made me feel so much better in just a few sessions. He's really attentive, very knowledgeable, and I really appreciate that he's addressed my issues holistically. I initially came in for my knee pain, but he was quick to figure out that something else might be causing it. He addressed my lower back and hips as well, and his treatment plan is really working for me.
