Ms Margaret Weymes

Ms. Margaret Weymes is an experienced psychotherapist who provides compassionate, client-centred support through her private practice, FT Counselling Centre. With a strong background in counselling and psychotherapy, she has been helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with empathy and practical guidance.

She holds a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College awarded in 2007 and has undertaken additional specialist training in areas including conflict resolution and mediation, infant bereavement, sexual abuse, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This diverse training enables her to tailor her approach to the unique needs of each client.

Ms. Weymes offers a broad range of therapeutic services, including individual counselling, psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and support through Employee Assistance Programmes. She also provides dedicated therapy for survivors of sexual abuse and works extensively with couples and families. Her mediation services support couples both in resolving relationship difficulties and in navigating separation with clarity and mutual understanding.

She works with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, bereavement, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties. Her approach is warm, supportive, and focused on empowering clients to build resilience and achieve meaningful change in their lives.
