Dr Margaret Steggall

Dr Margaret Steggall is a Consultant Paediatrician who provides expert medical care for infants, children, and young people. Operating within acute and outpatient settings, she is dedicated to assessing, diagnosing, and managing a broad spectrum of acute paediatric illnesses and chronic health conditions. Her clinical approach focuses on delivering holistic, child-centred care that offers reassurance and comprehensive support to patients and their families.

Dr Steggall earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB ChB) from the University of Birmingham in 1998. Following her graduation, she completed extensive specialist paediatric training across the West Midlands, London, and the North West of England. She is a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH).

Throughout her career, Dr Steggall has developed clinical expertise in safeguarding children, ambulatory paediatrics, and the management of medical complexity in paediatric care. In addition to her clinical practice, she has served as a Lead Clinician and Clinical Lead, guiding quality improvement projects to enhance patient safety and streamline care pathways for children with complex healthcare needs.
