Dr. Mahadeo Bhide

Dr Mahadeo Bhide is a highly experienced fertility specialist with an extensive career spanning decades in reproductive medicine. After completing his postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in India, Dr Bhide undertook his residency in the East London rotation during the 1990s. He honed his expertise as a research registrar alongside Professor Grudzinskas at Bart’s and Queen Mary’s Hospitals in London until 2001.

He later returned to India, where he successfully established and managed an IVF clinic in Mumbai. In 2014, he co-founded Fertility in Community with Dr Alka, aiming to provide accessible, high-quality fertility care for a wide range of patients. Dr Bhide believes that in infertility management, the journey is as important as the outcome, and he works to ensure that patients feel supported and empowered throughout their treatment.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr Bhide is passionate about medical education. He strives not only to teach but to foster meaningful learning and knowledge retention, which he sees as the cornerstone of effective education. Currently serving as Director at Fertility in Community, Dr Bhide continues to bring his expertise and compassionate care to those navigating fertility challenges, alongside his dedication to mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
