We had all our fertility treatment at Acorn Fertility, and our experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The clerical staff are warm, friendly, and always helpful. Staffs were very patient and kind. Dr. Mahadev was very kind and positive person support me in all manner throughout the journey and answerable all the time even out of their working window. The clinic was very clean all the time and make us more comfortable.

I’d like to share my experience of my first recent frozen embryo transfer at Acorn Fertility. Having previously gone through the trauma of a painful ectopic pregnancy, I was incredibly anxious about the entire process. On the day of my transfer, I had the opportunity to speak with Dr Alka. I shared my fears and concerns with her, and she took the time to listen, reassure me, and explain that she would personally be carrying out the procedure. This brought me so much peace of mind. When I arrived at the theatre, I was instantly comforted to see Dr Alka there. She, along with her colleagues Leah and Maria (I hope I’ve remembered their names correctly – blame the brain fog!), were absolutely fantastic. Their warmth, humour, and ability to connect with me in such a natural, supportive way helped ease my nerves. They remained thoroughly professional while clearly communicating every step of the procedure. I especially want to mention nurse Leah, whose positive and uplifting energy truly stood out. She kept us informed throughout and brought such a sense of calm to the room. I am deeply grateful to Dr Alka for transforming what I feared would be a daunting experience into something calm and even magical. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.
