I booked a hysteroscopy at Gynaecology Clinic London. Although it’s not the nicest procedure to have, the doctor and staff were very supportive and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. The consultation before booking was very informative and reassuring. Dr Luxmi was very easy to talk to and made the whole experience much better than I expected. I really appreciated the care and support I received throughout.

I am extremely disappointed with how this entire process has been handled. I expected to receive appropriate medical support, timely investigation, and clear communication, but instead I have been left feeling as though I am simply going from one test to another without any meaningful resolution. Since my initial appointment in June, I have spent months going through checks, waiting for results, and being advised to undergo further investigations, yet I still do not have a clear understanding of what is causing my symptoms. The repeated waiting and uncertainty have caused me a huge amount of distress and anxiety. What has been particularly upsetting was my most recent visit, where I underwent a biopsy. The procedure itself was already a stressful experience, but to then receive a report stating that the sample was insufficient and that I now need to undergo a second biopsy has been extremely disappointing and distressing.

Dr Velauthar is very friendly, patient, and thorough. She answered all my questions carefully and made me feel at ease. I have been with similar Gynae problems to two other Gynaecologist but with simple treatment and advice my condition is now much better and feel confident that I received the best care. I will highly recommend Dr Velauthar as I was very impressed with her excellent communication, attention to detail, and responded to all my questions. She explained about the reasons for me needing a cervical Cerclage as I had previous miscarriages. She was always warm, empathetic and gave me hope. I feel fortunate to be under her care.

It’s been truly amazing knowing Dr. Luxmi and getting treated by her.
