Dr Lorna Pakkiri

Dr Lorna Pakkiri is an experienced Consultant Paediatrician and Community Consultant Paediatrician specialising in child development and neurodisability. She provides compassionate, patient-centred care tailored to children and young people with a broad range of developmental and complex medical needs. Working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary health professionals, Dr Pakkiri focuses on early identification, thorough assessment, and coordinated support to help each child reach their full potential.

Her clinical practice encompasses the assessment and management of children with neurodevelopmental conditions, neurodiversity, and complex physical or learning needs. Dr Pakkiri conducts specialised child development clinics focusing on motor skills, speech and language, social communication, and behavioural progress, including assessments for autism spectrum conditions. She provides comprehensive pre- and post-diagnostic support, alongside multi-agency care planning for children requiring complex medical management and safeguarding oversight.

Dr Pakkiri completed her specialty medical training in Paediatrics and maintains full registration with the General Medical Council.
