Dr Anna Martinez

After going back and forth to the gp i was at my wits end with what to do about my daughters eczema. The flares were so bad she was covered in red, inflamed skin that was weeping. The GP told me she was probably intolerant to dairy and to switch to a prescribed formula whilst also applying steroids daily. Nothing was working and if anything it was getting worse. I booked an appt with Dr Martinez, she listened and offered an alternative treatment. She recognised that I couldn’t just keep applying steroids and hope for the best. Within 2 days of following my new treatment plan my daughters eczema had significantly reduced and by 4 days it was pretty much gone. I went back for a followup and Dr Martinez gave me a follow up routine of how to manage any flare ups and assured me I could come back if I needed. 8 can’t recommend her enough!

Our daughter has very bad ecezma. Before visiting Dr Anna she was very uncomfortable, scratching a lot and it was interfering with her sleep. Since seeing Dr Anna, and following the treatment plan, our daughter’s eczema has dramatically improved. Her scratching has massively decreased and her skin is softer and she is sleeping through the night. We can’t thank Dr Anna enough for her help. Dr Anna is kind, patient and understanding and she’s a warm and friendly doctor with excellent knowledge.

We were recommended to see Dr Martinez by a work colleague as our daughter had suffered from eczema for many years. We went through our GP, a&e and paediatrician, but the situation never improved and last summer our daughter had such a severe skin infection that she was hospitalised. We went to see Dr Martinez with some scepticism after years of disappointment from our own GP and other health departments on the NHS, but we were overjoyed with the results. Dr Martinez really listened to our daughter's history and looked at the issues on her skin with great care and attention. She is very direct and straightforward in her approach and very clear on how to treat the problem. Within a few days of using the medication recommended by Dr Martinez, our daughter's condition improved greatly and after two weeks she has beautiful skin again. We were blown away by the speed of the improvement and so happy to see our daughter no longer self conscious and happy to wear t shirts again! We are so grateful to Dr Martinez for transforming our daughter's both physical and mental well being. Highly recommended.

Dr Martinez has been incredibly helpful with both of our children. Her solutions always works very quickly and she is so kind. I have recommended Dr Martinez to several friends who have also really liked her.

We are so grateful for the care we received. Anna was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the whole process. She quickly identified the cause of the problem, arranged the necessary tests, and kept us updated at every stage, which gave us so much reassurance. She treated our son with great care and respect, and we felt fully supported the entire time. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, he has made such wonderful progress. Dr Martinez resolved the issue we presented her with. However, she didn't seem to have patience so that I could recap the fairly complex regime of prescribed creams/tasks. The notes were difficult to decipher so that meant we were unsure of the action plan.

Dr Martinez was amazing! She was kind, understanding of my son’s needs and knowledgable of the treatments he needed. I would definitely recommend Dr Martinez in a heartbeat.
