Lisa Jinks is an optometrist and partner at Norville Opticians. With a longstanding history at Norville Opticians, Lisa made the decision to become a partner to contribute to the development of the client-centred approach that Norville values for the future. Her warm and calm personality enables her to establish rapport with clients and assist in resolving their eye health concerns.

Lisa holds a role as one of the clinical leads and takes pleasure in supervising students to encourage and advance the optometry profession. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys a vibrant family life that includes activities such as walking, reading, and caring for her children. She is dedicated to her work and is a valued member of the Norville Opticians team.
