Dr. Laura Hughes is a dedicated Consultant Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon specialising in reconstructive eyelid surgery, lesion removal, and periocular procedures. She provides comprehensive ophthalmic care for patients requiring functional corrections around the eyes as well as periocular aesthetic treatments. Dr. Hughes earned her medical degree (MBChB) from the University of Edinburgh before undergoing Ophthalmic Specialist Training with a dedicated sub-specialist focus on Oculoplastic Surgery. To further refine her surgical skills, she completed two prestigious, internationally recognised sub-specialty fellowships in London and Melbourne, acquiring advanced techniques in complex reconstructive and periocular surgery.
