Mr Lachlan Sutton

Mr Lachlan Sutton is an experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist currently practicing at Complete Physio. Originally from Australia, Lachlan completed a Bachelor of Health Science (2014) and a Master of Physiotherapy (2016) at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, he has developed a broad and well-rounded skill set across all areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Lachlan has extensive expertise in treating acute injuries affecting the spine, upper, and lower limbs, as well as a specialist interest in persistent (chronic) pain management. He has undertaken postgraduate training in pain science education and rehabilitation, allowing him to deliver a modern, evidence-based approach that helps patients better understand and manage their pain.

Known for his thorough assessments, accurate clinical reasoning, and highly individualised treatment plans, Lachlan combines manual therapy, targeted exercise, and pain neuroscience education to support each patient’s unique recovery journey. His goal is to empower people with the tools, confidence, and understanding needed for long-term improvement.

Outside of physiotherapy, Lachlan draws on his own sporting background in Australian Rules Football and amateur boxing, experiences that have shaped his empathetic, performance-focused approach to rehabilitation and recovery.
