Shoulder Pain

The Candover Clinic is very comfortable and the staff are lovely. My Consultant was running late but I was informed of this on my arrival.

Professional and caring staff
Very good facilities
On time appointments

MRI Scan (Magnetic Resonance Imaging scan)

If first time maybe a short explanation of what is going to happen.

Endoscopy (OGD)

Stomach / Abdominal Pain

Gallstones

Lively clinic, plenty of parking in a leafy setting, helped with a calm environment!
All staff could not fave been more helpful or friendly.
Facilities were clean.

Cancer Diagnostics

Initial consultation was very helpful, I was able to understand options and make my treatment decisions very easy

Fibroid Embolisation

Dr Briggs was clear, open and very honest about the whole process for my procedure (Uterine Fibroid Embolism).
He made me feel comfortable from the start of our first consultation, and I felt able to ask lots of questions (unfortunately, this is not always the cas, and not what I experience at other points in my discovery process before deciding to go ahead with this treatment.

His calm manner is really reassuring, as was his clarity about what I should expect post procedure (this one really hurts!). Knowing what to expect was a bit daunting prior to the op, but helped me to deal with the post surgery pain.

If you want clarity and great communication about what is going to happen to you, and support making what can be difficult choices about treatment. I'd definitely recommend Dr Briggs. If only there were more doctors with his communication skills.

Embolisation

Ultrasound

All staff were very helpful and friendly and explained everything well including answering any questions. Thankyou
