Dr Kimme Hyrich

Dr Kimme Hyrich is a highly distinguished Consultant Rheumatologist and Clinical Epidemiologist specialising in adult and paediatric rheumatological conditions. She possesses extensive expertise in assessing and managing a wide spectrum of complex musculoskeletal disorders, with a primary clinical focus on inflammatory arthritis. Dr Hyrich is committed to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care, ensuring that individuals living with chronic rheumatic conditions receive comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and carefully tailored treatment plans.

Dr Hyrich earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences in 1992 followed by her Doctor of Medicine in 1996 from the University of Manitoba. She subsequently undertook specialist clinical training in general internal medicine and rheumatology at the University of Toronto. Advancing her commitment to academic research and clinical epidemiology, she completed a PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Manchester in 2005. Dr Hyrich is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and an Associate Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
