Dr Kevin Hayes

Dr Kevin Hayes is a dedicated Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care across all aspects of women's reproductive health. Specialising in acute gynaecology and early pregnancy assessment, Dr Hayes manages a broad range of urgent and elective conditions with reassurance and clinical expertise. His practice spans both maternity care on the delivery suite and specialist gynaecological management, ensuring high standards of safety and individualised care.

Dr Hayes possesses expertise in diagnostic gynaecological ultrasound, enabling precise evaluation of complex conditions such as pelvic masses and pelvic arterio-venous malformations. His clinical interests extend to minimal access surgical procedures, including laparoscopic surgery and hysteroscopic surgery, as well as colposcopy and the management of abnormal cervical screening results. He also provides specialist care for women carrying BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations, offering tailored surveillance and risk-reducing management strategies for those with a genetic susceptibility to ovarian cancer.

Dr Hayes completed his undergraduate medical training in Leicester, followed by postgraduate specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology within the North London Deanery. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG), an Honorary Fellow of the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine (Hon FFFLM), and a Member of the British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP). Alongside his clinical work, he maintains a strong commitment to medical education and academic assessment.
