Ms. Kavya Parekh is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over five years of clinical expertise. She has worked extensively for numerous GP practices in London as a First Contact Physiotherapist. Alongside, she has also provided care in private physiotherapy settings in the UK, giving her broad experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Kavya specialises in the management of spine, soft tissue issues and joint, including neck and back pain, shoulder injuries, knee problems, hip discomfort, and foot and ankle conditions. Her clinical approach is evidence-based and patient-centred, aiming to help individuals move better, recover faster, and remain pain-free.

She is certified in Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (UK). In addition, she has completed Parts A and B of the McKenzie Method, focusing on spinal assessment and treatment.
