Miss Katja De Sousa

Miss Katja De Sousa is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist registered by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) as well as a Heart IQ Coach with over 16 years of experience in private practice. She also holds a Master's degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Miss De Sousa has expertise in the field of depression, anxiety, bereavement, stress, infidelity and relationship issues. She sees both adults and elders (65+ years) on an individual basis. She is passionate about helping her clients recognise their inner blocks and supports them in removing their sabotaging behaviour and thoughts, empowering her clients to make better connections with others and themselves.
