Dr Kailash Krishnan is a highly qualified Consultant specialising in General (Internal) Medicine, Geriatrics, and Stroke Medicine. Triple-accredited across these core disciplines, Dr Krishnan provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. He focuses on delivering precise diagnostic assessments, individualised management plans, and holistic care for patients presenting with complex medical needs.

In his clinical practice, Dr Krishnan possesses extensive expertise in the evaluation and management of stroke and transient ischaemic attacks. His areas of clinical focus encompass acute stroke intervention, including Mechanical Thrombectomy and Patent Foramen Ovale closure for cryptogenic stroke. Additionally, Dr Krishnan oversees holistic stroke rehabilitation, secondary prevention strategies, and the management of long-term post-stroke complications, ensuring that patients receive continuous, compassionate care tailored to their individual recovery goals.

Dr Krishnan completed his academic doctorate, a PhD investigating outcomes following acute intracerebral haemorrhage, at the University of Nottingham.
