Mr Junior Henry

Mr Junior Henry is a Psychotherapist. Their interest in counselling arose from a positive personal experience with long-term Psychodynamic psychotherapy. This experience, following the end of a long-term relationship, sparked a desire for growth and insight. Observing a relative's journey with bipolar disorder, managed through therapy and medication, further fuelled their interest in mental health. This led them to train as a Psychotherapist.

Mr Junior Henry's training allows them to work with clients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioural challenges. They believe in the power of self-awareness gained through therapy and consider their own therapeutic journey as valuable training for their work.

Mr Junior Henry's approach centres on providing a safe and understanding environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. They are committed to helping clients develop coping mechanisms and strategies to navigate life's complexities.
