Dr Jun Lim

Dr Jun Lim is a dedicated Consultant Clinical Oncologist specialising in the non-surgical management of adult malignancies. Focusing primarily on urological cancers, acute oncology services, and cancer of unknown primary origin, Dr Lim provides comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-focused care. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams to design individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique diagnostic and personal needs.

In his clinical practice, Dr Lim possesses expertise in managing a wide range of urological malignancies, including prostate cancer and bladder cancer, as well as complex cancer presentations. His clinical interests extend to advanced precision radiation techniques, particularly stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) and stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) for bone, spinal, and nodal metastases, alongside retreatment radiotherapy procedures. He is equally proficient in overseeing systemic anti-cancer therapies, including hormone therapy, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy, ensuring holistic care across all stages of treatment.

Dr Lim earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree and completed postgraduate qualifications, including Postgraduate Certificates in Palliative Care and Oncology. He achieved Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) in Clinical Oncology upon completing his specialist clinical training and qualifying as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist in 2022. Dr Lim maintains active professional memberships with both the Royal College of Radiologists and the Royal College of Physicians.

Beyond his direct patient care, Dr Lim serves in leadership roles supporting acute oncology services and regional bone metastasis care pathways. He is actively engaged in clinical research, clinical trials, and medical education, contributing to regional teaching initiatives and standardising radiotherapy practices to continually enhance patient outcomes.
