Dr John Williams is a dedicated Consultant Anaesthetist specialising in general anaesthetics and pain management. With a strong commitment to patient safety and comfort, he provides high-quality perioperative care and individualised pain management plans for individuals preparing for surgical procedures or managing persistent pain conditions. Dr Williams prioritises clear communication and empathetic care, ensuring that patients feel fully supported and reassured throughout every phase of their treatment.

In his clinical practice, Dr Williams focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide array of acute and chronic pain conditions. He performs a comprehensive range of interventional pain procedures aimed at reducing discomfort and restoring mobility. His areas of expertise encompass facet median nerve injections, spinal denervations, sacroiliac joint injections, peripheral nerve injections, and suprascapular nerve procedures. By integrating advanced interventional techniques with tailored therapeutic strategies, he helps patients achieve effective, long-term pain relief.

Dr Williams completed his undergraduate medical studies, earning a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons) and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), subsequently completing a Doctorate (PhD). His advanced postgraduate qualifications include Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) and Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FFPMRCA). Alongside his clinical work, Dr Williams serves as an Associate Professor, actively engaging in clinical research dedicated to pain therapies and musculoskeletal health.
