I would like to thank Dr James for making my experience very calming during my visit.. He was obviously extremely professional throughout, as were all of the other staff, whilst at the same time explaining to me step by step What my procedure entailed. I cannot thank him and the other staff enough.

I’ve been having this treatment for over 10 years and the technique that is used by Arul James is far less painful than previous ones used. The staff are always friendly professional and reassuring during the procedure.

I'll be honest I was scared to death about having the injection but from the minute I walked in i was put at ease and it wasn't half as bad as I had worked it up to be in my head thank you to the whole team
