I've had lower back pain for some years, then after a RTC it aggravated my lower back more, in addition to requiring surgery on my wrist. I attended TIMS for for a few months for both my back and wrist post surgery, however this did not alleviate the pain or stiffness. Upon a recommendation, I had an initial assessment with John, in which he explained in detail why I was still in pain,swollen and stiff then recommended a 10 week course. Within the first few weeks the stiffness in both the lower back and wrist subsided in addition to the swelling on my wrist had went down considerably. John is conciencous of the goals you want to reach and designs the sessions around what is achievable, he also explains as he goes through the exercises what that particular exercise will help you achieve. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend

John took the time to go through my problems and current movement limitations, then tailored the process to target these in a structured, easy to follow exercise plan. He explained the exercises and why specifically we were doing these, and there were never any silly questions. Anything I asked was taken on board and explained so I understood the mechanics behind the exercises. Really great, friendly physio! The staff were really friendly too and couldn't do more to help when booking appointments.
Great to have worked with you - and that's a great point you raise: any time you get physio or osteopathy you need to know what's going on, what the process is and why we're doing the things we're doing.
John was phenomal as a clinician. The time I have had with him in clinic has been invaluable. In Tune clinic as a whole has been top notch in helping me to move forward, the staff are all amazing at what they do and genuinely lovely people. Would highly recommend.

I've seen multiple people within the team, but my experience with John was exceptional! I have a mild spine condition which effects my day to day life, and after having sessions with John this has drastically improved my ability to have a 'normal life'. John's techniques and the use of taping helped massively!
