Luke is very friendly knowledgeable and patient. He always offer an excellent service and he has really helped me. I was lucky that my health insurance is provided by my employer but I would not hesitate to pay for the service, it's give me my confidence back. Luke is a credit.
Luke has been amazing! I've been going every week, and he has consistently been supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout my recovery. He's a very experienced physiotherapist who clearly knows what he's talking about. From the very first session, he's made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. If an exercise feels uncomfortable or isn't right for me, he always finds an alternative that's just as effective. Luke takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, demonstrates each exercise, and is always happy to go over things again until I fully understand. I never feel rushed, and I always leave knowing exactly what I need to do. The care I've received at True Physio has been outstanding, and I've made great progress thanks to Luke's expertise and encouragement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luke and the team at True Physio to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and genuinely personalised physiotherapy.
As per previous comments, Luke was very knowledgeable and talked through everything in a way that could be understood. He also demonstrated exercises to continue to help myself at home and went through these until I was sure of technique
Luke has explained everything really well and is obviously very passionate about his work. Would highly recommend.
