Her journey in psychiatry began with training at Guys, Kings, and St Thomas’, leading to her membership in the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2007. Following this, she gained valuable experience at The Maudsley Hospital and the Winchester Mother and Baby Psychiatric Unit. Her training continued in general adult psychiatry in the North East of England and Hampshire.

Her practice focuses on providing consultations for individuals and families at various stages of pregnancy and early parenthood. She is committed to delivering evidence-based care through collaborative assessment processes, working closely with patients to develop personalised treatment plans. In addition to her clinical roles, she is trained as a Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) practitioner and an Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, focusing on the impact of hormones on mood disorders and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
