Qualifications


I completed my training at The Minster Centre in London, a leading institute for Psychotherapy and Counselling, where I earned a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Level 7, BACP Accredited Course).

As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to their Ethical Framework.

Additionally, I possess a Foundation Certificate in Humanistic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute and a certificate in Grief and Bereavement Counselling Skills from Glasgow Caledonian University.

With nine years of experience in Grief Counselling at Cruse Bereavement Care and Space2Grieve, I have also developed expertise in addressing general anxiety and trauma. Currently, I specialise in women's health.
