The care I have received from Alison has been exemplary throughout. She has taken the time to understand me as a person and how I best receive information, explaining everything clearly, thoroughly and honestly while also being reassuring when I needed it.

During what has inevitably been an incredibly stressful time, I have always felt that I was given the time and space to understand what was happening, why it was happening and what the next steps would be. I never felt rushed, and I always felt able to ask questions.

Alison’s clear and confident approach gave me a huge amount of confidence in the care and decisions being made. I have felt extremely well looked after throughout and am very grateful for the care, compassion and professionalism she has shown me.
