Dr Jennifer Sharif

Dr Jennifer Sharif is an accomplished Consultant Dermatologist who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care across all aspects of general and specialist skin health. Dedicated to supporting individuals across all age groups, she delivers tailored diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for a broad spectrum of acute and chronic dermatological conditions. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based medical practice with a compassionate, reassuring manner, ensuring patients feel listened to and fully informed throughout their care journey.

Dr Sharif completed her medical degree (MBChB) and a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci) at the University of Birmingham, before achieving Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP). She subsequently completed extensive higher specialist training across multiple postgraduate deaneries, culminating in the Specialty Certificate Examination in Dermatology and receiving her Certificate of Completion of Training. As a Consultant Dermatologist, she is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and the British Association of Dermatologists, actively participating in clinical governance and service improvement initiatives.

With extensive expertise in both adult and paediatric dermatology, Dr Sharif manages complex inflammatory skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, and rosacea, as well as conditions like pruritus and hyperhidrosis. Her clinical portfolio encompasses the detailed assessment and management of benign skin lesions and moles, alongside contributing expert input toward skin cancer diagnosis and management. In her paediatric practice, she focuses on caring for infants, children, and young people with severe or challenging skin conditions, aiming to optimize long-term skin health and overall quality of life.
