Jazzino Davies

Jazzino Davies is a sessional therapist at Nightingale Hospital in London, working across both Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and adult mental health. With more than a decade of experience, he provides short- and long-term therapy, mental health consultations, and assessments for children, adolescents, families, and adults. His work supports individuals facing a wide range of psychological difficulties, from emotional and behavioural challenges to complex mental health conditions.

Jazzino has previously worked in several NHS services, including early intervention in psychosis (EIP), crisis and home treatment teams, and CAMHS A&E psychiatric liaison. His clinical expertise covers areas such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, postnatal depression, psychosis (including first episode and at-risk mental states), schizophrenia, personality disorders, PTSD, and suicidal thoughts. He also supports individuals experiencing addiction—such as alcohol, drug, and behavioural dependencies—as well as those struggling with ADHD, panic attacks, sleep disorders, stress, self-harm, and psychosexual or interpersonal difficulties.

Drawing on a wide range of theoretical frameworks, Jazzino integrates approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), family therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mentalisation-based treatment. His work is rooted in psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural formulations of psychological distress, adapted to meet the needs of each client.

He holds qualifications including a DIP(HE), BSc, PGCE, and PGCert, and is a member of BACP, NCS, and ACAMH.

He has a particular interest in early psychosis, risky self-harming behaviours in adolescent males, developmental and complex trauma, and addiction among young people. Jazzino is known for his approachable style, clinical creativity, and commitment to supporting individuals through even the most acute psychological challenges.
