Dr Jan Klepacki

Dr Jan Klepacki is a Consultant Endocrinologist and Consultant Physician in Diabetes and General Internal Medicine. Dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care, Dr Klepacki specialises in diagnosing and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders. He works collaboratively with patients to formulate personalised management plans that restore physiological balance, alleviate symptoms, and support long-term health and well-being.

In his clinical practice, Dr Klepacki has key clinical interests in the management of diabetes in relation to eating disorders, including diabulimia, as well as insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. His broad expertise encompasses both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes management, alongside general endocrine disorders affecting the thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary glands. Dr Klepacki also evaluates and manages reproductive hormone imbalances, hyperparathyroidism, and complex metabolic conditions, ensuring each patient receives holistic and evidence-based clinical guidance.

Dr Klepacki completed his undergraduate medical degree (MBChB) at the University of Aberdeen. He subsequently attained Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education.
