Having had an injection in my lower back to relieve pain, I went for a follow up appointment. Thankfully the treatment has been working pretty well so the consultant was short and sweet. To be fair, there wasn't really anything to discuss other than next steps should the pain increase again - not sure I quite understood the other treatment he mentioned BUT not really relevant at this point. I would 100% return to Mr Herzog if and when I need help again. Clearly immensely knowledgeable, a nice man who seems to treat his patients well.
Mr Herzog has been an incredible help - a great balance between making things easy to understand and thorough in his explanations, helping me to make the best decision regarding my treatment.
Mr Herzog is a very professional personable surgeon who operated on my back six weeks ago. Before the operation he explained the procedure he was about to perform. Including the risks and the benefits. Today he seemed happy with the results
Throughout my treatment Dr Herzog has been incredibly patient and supportive. He always took the time to answer any questions myself or my father had thoroughly and clearly, making sure I felt reassured and confident. The surgery itself went smoothly and I felt supported at every stage of my recovery, with my progress being monitored closely. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Herzog and his team for all their work and care.
?for 6/12 review? Very relieved to see a consultant this time and happy to hear that he is pleased with my progress. Confident that I understand the way forward. Didn't feel rushed despite the clinic clearly being very busy
As usual Mr Herzog ‘s approach was professional in all respects, arranging an alternative site for an X ray when there were problems at the Diagnostic Centre and fitting me into his schedule to explain the results.
Six weeks post surgery for my 13yrs old daughter. We are absolutely thrilled with the ! Mr Jan Herzog and the team really do work miracles! They certainly know their stuff! We couldn't be happier with the care she received there. Every member of staff we encountered treated her with dignity, care and the utmost respect. What was a very scary time for all of us, turned into a very positive journey. So pleased she will be able to start her 'straight' new life, 2 inches taller! For any parents or young people worried about this surgery and journey, it will be so worth it! Trust the process, and the doctors xx — feeling grateful.
Always very pleasant and clear. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen. Very happy with the service received from Mr Herzog (and the wider team as a whole).
There was clarity in explaining my current situation and how best to continue with my recuperation
Excellent from start to finish. Professional, understanding and clear plan. Pre op full investigations promptly, choice of operation date within a month. Also seen by vascular access surgeon and anaesthetist. Both were reassuring pre and post op. Post op. care very good. Catering, delicious and interesting food. Amazing post surgery result. No pain, walking unaided and for as long as I want. No more hours of neurological pain or immobility. I have my life back, active ,mobile, pain free and feel ten years younger! Thank you Mr Herzog and team.
