I am so glad that I found Elizabeth, I think everyone needs an ‘Elizabeth’ in their life. She allowed so much time to me to listen & to explain the impact of the feelings I had carried with me since childhood.
 There was a pre session discussion and a follow up to the actual hypnotherapy. On the day of my hypnotherapy, I woke up to a feeling of hopelessness, Elizabeth changed all that.
 During the session I never felt rushed or that a timer was going to ping at any minute to be told my session was over, it was the opposite. Elizabeth does not leave you hanging, I’ve just had another message from her to ask how I’m doing. 
Its so important to find the right therapist and I feel so blessed to have found Elizabeth.
