About Essential Feeling
Online fertility support and root-cause-focused fertility education for women across the UK.
Karen helps women better understand the factors that may be affecting their fertility and how lifestyle, nutrition and wider health factors may be adjusted to support their individual body before natural conception, IVF or other assisted fertility treatment.
She has worked in fertility lifestyle health for more than 14 years, with a particular interest in complex fertility cases including low AMH and diminished ovarian reserve, unexplained infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, IVF preparation and fertility after unsuccessful treatment.
Karen’s approach is designed to complement, rather than replace, appropriate medical fertility care. She helps women bring together their medical history, symptoms, test results, nutrition, lifestyle and wider health patterns so that factors which may previously have been considered separately can be understood as part of the wider fertility picture.
Her work is particularly suited to women who want to understand what their body may need more support with, identify potentially modifiable lifestyle factors and make more informed decisions about what deserves attention next.
Fertility Bandwidth is not a fertility clinic. Karen does not provide IVF, IUI, scans, semen analysis, donor services, prescription fertility medication or clinical fertility treatment. Medical diagnosis, investigations and treatment remain with the client’s fertility clinic or healthcare professional.
Karen works online with women throughout the UK and has a particular interest in IVF preparation, low AMH, diminished ovarian reserve, unexplained infertility, recurrent miscarriage, female fertility, fertility investigations, nutrition and lifestyle factors relevant to fertility, and whole-person fertility support.
She has undertaken extensive specialist training in fertility and women’s health and has contributed to professional education and public discussion around fertility, including speaking on the BBC and at the Royal Society of Medicine.

I had my post operative MLD massages with Charlton. I was extremely nervous prior to my first session because I have never had a massage anywhere before since I have a hyper-sensitive body and also because I was in a lot of pain after my procedure. I soon realised I had no reason to feel that way because Charlton is incredibly kind, professional and knowledgable. He has supported me throughout my healing journey and always gone above and beyond especially when I had some post-op complications e.g lumps and hardness. Karen is equally as wonderful and kindly advised me on a more appropriate compression garment as the one I had was not the right size or material. I am a medical doctor and I have relatively high standards when it comes to my health/body, I can honestly say that this duo are the best in the business!
