Ingrid Steele

Ingrid Steele is a dedicated Psychotherapist who offers comprehensive mental health and psychological support to adults, young people, couples, and families. Utilising an integrative, evidence-based approach rooted in the Human Givens framework, Steele supports individuals facing a wide spectrum of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and emotional distress. She is also a narcissism-aware Psychotherapist with a dedicated focus on supporting clients navigating gender identity, gender dysphoria, neurodiversity, ADHD assessment, and autism coaching.
