Mr Ian King is a fully accredited UK‑trained Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon, specialising in safe, natural‑looking results and patient centred care. He is on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery, he holds full memberships of BAPRAS and BAAPS, and he is certified on the Royal College of Surgeons Cosmetic Surgery Board, reflecting the highest possible standards of professional training and ethical practice.

With extensive experience across leading NHS and private hospitals, Mr Ian King combines advanced surgical skill with a warm, approachable style. His focus is on empowering patients with clear information, personalised treatment plans, and high quality aftercare. This patient first approach helps individuals make confident decisions at every stage of their treatment journey, an essential factor in how modern patients research and choose their surgeon online, as shown in recent digital behaviour studies.

Mr King has undertaken advanced fellowship training in aesthetic surgery, microsurgery, reconstructive microsurgical trauma, and skin cancer surgery, ensuring expertise across both cosmetic and medically necessary procedures. He holds a substantive consultant post at the world famous Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead and also holds an honorary consultant contract at the University Hospitals Sussex. Mr Ian King maintains a strong commitment to training and surgical innovation. As an Honorary Assistant Professor, he teaches regularly for Brighton and Sussex Medical School, delivering clinical training, and contributing to the development of future surgeons.
