Dr Hossam was extremely welcoming and reassuring during my visit. It was my first appointment after starting my medication and he put my mind at ease and allowed me to have an extremely positive view on the situation. I would highly recommend him and I have also requested to see him again on my next visit on Monday.

It was nice meeting the team who was going to look after me, before my operation. Dr Elsheikh talked me through the procedure and answered any questions I had. After my procedure Dr Elsheikh also came to see me discussed how the procedure had gone and provided me with information regarding my recovery. Thank you for looking after me.

I felt heard and that someone was considering my menopause symptoms holistically for the first time. He also considered my unique medical history with hysterectomy, endometriosis and under active thyroid to be considered. We agreed adding progesterone to my treatment plan which hadn’t been picked up by any other healthcare provider previously. My only issue is my gp hasn’t heard from him so the prescription hasn’t been passed on. I phoned Stobhill hospital but they said they couldn’t help because it was weekend staff. I’ve phone my gp and they can’t help either so still without this medication which is really frustrating after such an uplifting appointment.
