Dr Helen Brownrigg

Dr Brownrigg is a counselling psychologist. They work using an integrative approach so that clients can benefit from therapeutic approaches that best fit their personal style and particular difficulties.

Dr Brownrigg is trained to undertake complex assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. They also have a special interest in the assessment and therapeutic treatment of adolescents and adults with learning disabilities. Dr Brownrigg works with adolescents from the age of fourteen onwards and also has specialist expertise in working with adults.
