The parent sessions helped me to gain a better understanding of my child’s needs, whereby my child’s one-on-one sessions created a safe and comfortable space for him to voice and process his feelings.
Alula had connected me with other parents and given me a network of support that I didn't previously have. They have offered group support sessions at different times to enable me to attend at the day and time that best suits me.
