Mr Hassan Mohammed

Mr Hassan Mohammed is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon and Consultant Skull Base Surgeon who provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for both adult and paediatric patients. He specialises in all aspects of general otolaryngology, alongside highly focused expertise in complex ear, hearing, balance, sinus, and voice disorders. Taking a compassionate, patient-centred approach, he offers thorough clinical evaluations and advanced treatments tailored to each individual's needs.

In his clinical practice, Mr Mohammed manages a wide spectrum of conditions affecting the ear, nose, and throat. His sub-specialist focus includes otology and neurotology, caring for patients with complex vertigo, tinnitus, hearing loss, eardrum perforations, and persistent ear discharge. He regularly performs delicate surgical interventions, including myringoplasty, mastoid surgery, middle ear bone reconstruction, stapedectomy, eustachian tube surgery, and hearing implant procedures. In addition, he provides expert care for nasal and sinus conditions through treatments such as endoscopic sinus surgery, septoplasty, nasal polypectomy, and keyhole skull base procedures.

Mr Mohammed qualified in medicine with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Damascus in 2000. He completed extensive higher surgical training in otolaryngology in the UK, followed by advanced sub-specialist fellowships in otology, hearing implants, and skull base surgery. Demonstrating a dedication to academic excellence, he holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Voice Pathology with Distinction from University College London and a Master of Professions in Health Education (MPHE) with Distinction from Keele University. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery) and holds professional memberships with ENT UK, the British Society of Otology, the British Society of Rhinology, and the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
