Gosha Sobieraj

Gosha Sobieraj is an accomplished physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience across both hospital and private practice settings. She currently works at Spire Healthcare, Circle Health Group, and Trueform Physio Pilates Clinic, where she provides specialist physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. Gosha holds a master’s degree in physiotherapy alongside advanced training in neurology and sports massage therapy, enabling her to deliver a well-rounded approach to patient care. Her expertise combines hands-on physiotherapy, tailored exercise programmes, and therapeutic massage to support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellbeing.

In addition to her clinical career, Gosha has an extraordinary sporting background. She is a former Olympic archer who represented Poland at the Athens Olympic Games as part of the national team. Since then, she has continued her dedication to the sport, competing across the UK and now proudly representing Team GB.

Gosha’s unique combination of elite athletic experience and advanced physiotherapy training gives her a valuable insight into both the physical and mental aspects of recovery and performance.
